CHARGE
Battery must be charged in appropriate charger.

Do not discharge battery with surpassing current of specified.

One pc in a PE bag, and then in a standard export carton or

Delivery Methods:

1. Question: What are your payment terms?
A: We can accept T/T and L/C for standard orders; T/T for Western
Union and samples are acceptable;
2. Q: Do you have any MOQ restrictions?
A: If the model battery is assembled with 18650 lithium
rechargeable batteries, we usually do not require a minimum order
quantity to support every project of our customers. If the model
battery is a customized lithium-ion polymer battery, it depends on
the battery capacity, generally 50 per model.
3. Q. How long is the delivery time?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity. Usually the delivery date
of samples: 3~5 days, mass production: 5~25 days,
4. Q. How do you deliver the goods and how long will it take to
arrive?
A: The goods are generally delivered by express (UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX,
etc.). We can also ship batteries by air or sea. Express delivery
takes 3-5 days. Shipping takes about 28 days.
5. Q. How to process the order?
Answer: The first step is to let us know your requirements, such as
voltage, capacity, continuous discharge current, peak discharge
current, working condition temperature and application. In the
second step, we will quote according to your request. In the third
step, you confirm the price and samples; in the fourth step, you
place the formal order quantity according to your needs. Step 5, we
can provide a proforma invoice according to your order and you pay
a 30% deposit of the order and WË arrange production; Step 6, when
the goods are ready, we will notify you to complete the payment of
the balance of the order, after confirming the payment We will ship
it as soon as possible.
